Terms & Conditions

By using Direct Rental Service and purchasing rental services, you agree to the full rules and regulations stated below.

1. Delivery & Service

Delivery occurs within 8 hours of the day requested, Monday-Friday. Service operates between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays only. No guaranteed timeframe is promised. Due to inclement weather, traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns, delivery times or dates could vary. We will promptly contact you if there are delays.

2. Equipment Care

The equipment furnished by Direct Rental Service shall remain our property. Customer acknowledges care, custody and control of the equipment while at the Customer's location and accepts responsibility for any loss or damage (except normal wear and tear). Customer agrees not to overload, move or alter the equipment, and shall use the equipment only for its proper and intended purpose.

3. Access Requirements

Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled collection day. It is the customer's responsibility to make us aware of any underground utilities which might be affected by delivery.

4. Prohibited & Extra-Charge Items

Items such as car tires, truck tires, propane tanks, freon units, televisions, and mattresses incur additional fees. Materials such as concrete, asphalt, dirt, and stumps exceeding one yard require prior contact with our team.

5. Overweight Policy

Customers bear responsibility for dumpster contents. Load up to the fill line only. Overweight citations or legal judgments become the customer's financial obligation.

6. Access & Trip Fees

A trip fee of $150-$200 applies when containers are inaccessible, overloaded, or blocked. Drivers cannot hold for extended periods at the location to deliver the equipment.

7. Cancellations

Standard cancellations are subject to a $50 base fee. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to service incur 50% fees. Same-day cancellations may result in no refunds.

8. Disclaimer

Due to uncertain soil conditions and sub-surface terrain, Direct Rental Service cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, curbs, lawns or walks, wells and septic systems.

9. Refunds

All refund, compensation, and/or credit requests must occur within 30 days of service completion. Any refunds issued will be at the sole discretion of Direct Rental Service.
